Industrial Alpinist

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing high-altitude work in various industrial settings, such as construction sites, oil rigs, and wind turbines. Your main duties will include rope access work, rigging and hoisting equipment, conducting safety inspections, and performing maintenance and repairs on structures and equipment at heights.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in industrial alpinism or rock climbing, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. You must also have excellent physical fitness and agility to safely maneuver at heights. A professional certification in industrial rope access (e.g. IRATA or SPRAT) is preferred.

Your responsibilities will include following all safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site. You must also be able to effectively communicate with your team members and follow instructions from supervisors.

This is a contract position with a starting salary of $1200 per month. Candidates who already have a valid work visa for Vilnius will be given preference. However, we are open to providing sponsorship for the right candidate.
