IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology functions of our company. You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems and services. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies, managing budgets, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the company's overall goals
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems and services
- Oversee budgeting and procurement processes for IT resources
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Monitor network security to ensure data protection and compliance with regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that meet those needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of software development, database management, and network administration
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Proven experience in creating and implementing IT strategies
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies
