IT Manager - Atlanta, USA (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are a leading IT company in Atlanta seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. You will work closely with our team to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve our overall IT operations and support our business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's technology infrastructure
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and efficiency
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure the security and integrity of all systems, data, and networks
- Identify new technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the company
- Communicate effectively with other departments to address their technology needs
- Monitor system backups and disaster recovery plans
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Experience managing complex technology projects from conception to implementation
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, operating systems, databases, cloud computing, etc.
- Experience managing a team and providing leadership and mentoring to team members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of implementing cost-effective solutions that improve efficiency and productivity

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or MBA with a focus on IT management
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CompTIA A+, or Cisco CCNA/CCNP
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
