Data Analytics Specialist

We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Akron. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and creating visualizations to present insights to stakeholders. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining data models and databases, as well as implementing data quality checks and ensuring data integrity.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in statistics, data analysis, and database management. You should also have experience using various data analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R or Tableau. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders is crucial.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques
- Identify patterns and trends in the data
- Create visualizations to present insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain data models and databases
- Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for analytics projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or related field
- Strong knowledge of statistical concepts such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing etc.
- Experience using SQL for querying databases
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

We offer competitive salary of $1600 per month along with benefits package including health insurance. This is a full-time position without accommodation. Biometric passport is required.
