Junior Developer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to create and maintain software programs
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a developer or in a related field
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- Knowledge of database management systems
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology
