Project Manager - Contract Position (Indians Preferred)
Location: Izhevsk, Russia


We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Izhevsk on a contract basis. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage and communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead meetings and effectively communicate project status, issues, and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Experience working in a contract position
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is a plus
