We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Manager to oversee our projects in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various projects within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Plan and coordinate project activities
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Supervise project team members and provide guidance as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian is a plus)
- Proficient in project management software such as Asana or Trello
