Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations
- Lead project teams, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Prepare project reports and presentations for clients and management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Indian nationality (non-negotiable)
- Ability to work without English language proficiency
- No prior experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Gantt charts, Agile methodologies, etc.
