Administrative Assistant - Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are a multinational company based in Eschen and we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team and assist in daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, booking travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Conduct research on various topics to support the team's projects.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of any other language is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
