We are in need of a skilled and passionate English Tutor to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized instruction to students of various ages and backgrounds. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension. To excel in this role, you must have a strong command of the English language and possess excellent communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create customized lesson plans based on the individual needs and goals of each student.
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions both in-person or online.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and make learning enjoyable.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas that need improvement.
- Incorporate cultural aspects into lessons to enhance understanding and appreciation for the English language.
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share best practices and develop new teaching strategies.

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an English tutor or teacher preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods for different learning styles.
- Passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends if needed.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva, however, due to the current circumstances, we are open to remote work options for qualified candidates.

Preference:
While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, we give preference to Canadians or Nepali nationals who meet the requirements above.
