We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of various architectural projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept phase through construction
- Develop design concepts and create detailed drawings and specifications
- Conduct site analysis and surveys to determine project feasibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and provide guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1300 USD per month

Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein
