This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs for various projects and present them to clients for approval
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to oversee project execution
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
