We are in need of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Funchal. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in plastering and be familiar with different types of plastering techniques. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future. Accommodation is provided for our employees who require it. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding them before applying plaster
- Mix plaster according to specific ratios and apply it evenly onto surfaces using hand or power tools
- Create decorative finishes by using different techniques such as stenciling or textured rollers
- Repair existing plaster on damaged surfaces
- Ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plastering materials and techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints is an asset
- Biometric passport or valid work permit (if non-EU citizen)
- Physically fit, able to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time

Salary: Starting at 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
