Senior JAVA Developer

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior JAVA Developer to join our dynamic team in Oslo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in JAVA development, with at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex JAVA applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge with the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in JAVA development
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Struts
- Proficiency in SQL and database design
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Biometric passport (preferred)
