Sous Chef


The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operation at our high-end restaurant in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create innovative and delicious menus. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining kitchen budgets, ordering and managing inventory, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The successful candidate will have a passion for food, excellent time management skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Salary: $900 per week. No English language skills required for non-native speakers.
