Land Surveyor - Al-Khor, Qatar

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and locations of natural or man-made features on the land. Your duties will include using specialized equipment and tools to measure and record data, analyzing survey data to create maps and reports, and communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate results. You may also be required to work with other professionals such as engineers and architects to ensure the accuracy of your surveys. Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones
- Record accurate measurements of property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant data
- Analyze survey data using computer software to create maps, plans, and reports
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide accurate results
- Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers and architects on projects that require precise land measurements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards while conducting surveys
- Maintain proper documentation of all survey records for future reference
- Continuously update knowledge of new technologies and methods in the field of land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in land surveying or related field
- Proficiency in using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and drones
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and other professionals
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards related to land surveying
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid visa sponsorship for working in Qatar
- Kenyan nationality preferred
