Barista - Experienced (Indian Nationals)


We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Riyadh. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, including seasonal offerings
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring ingredients and following recipes
- Keep work area clean, sanitized, and well-stocked at all times
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Process payments using the cash register or other accepted payment methods
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista is a must
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings if required
