Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Khanpur. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your primary focus will be on managing the planning, design, and construction phases of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals
- Review and approve project budgets and manage expenses throughout the duration of the project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, team members, and subcontractors
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Khanpur (visa sponsorship available)
