Job Title: Sales Manager - USA


We are a leading company in the USA, seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will be working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet targets and exceed expectations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Analyze sales data, track performance, and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role (without experience may also be considered)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of sales techniques, principles, and practices
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies based on insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
- Valid work permit for USA (free visa and ticket provided)
