Baker - Experienced and Accommodated

As a skilled Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our bakery in Alta. Your expertise in baking techniques and recipes will ensure that our customers are satisfied with every bite. We are seeking a Baker who has experience in producing a variety of baked goods, from traditional loaves of bread to specialty desserts. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in developing new recipes and improving existing ones.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to established recipes
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked to perfection
- Create new recipes or modify existing ones based on customer preferences
- Decorate and finish baked goods with icing, glazes, fruits, or other toppings
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for baking
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Train and supervise junior bakers as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a professional Baker
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredient ratios, and recipe development
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Creativity and willingness to try new flavors and designs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Accommodation:
As part of this full-time position, we offer accommodation for our employees. You will have your own private room within a shared apartment or house. The cost of rent will be covered by the company.

Visa and Ticket:
We also provide free visa sponsorship for non-residents of Alta. Additionally, we cover the cost of your round-trip ticket from your home country to Alta.
