We are a leading manufacturing company in Pula, Croatia and we are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for operating punch presses and other equipment to shape and form metal parts according to specifications.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Puncher in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Able to work full-time shifts and overtime when needed
- Fluent in English with good communication skills
- Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

As our ideal candidate, you have a passion for precision work and are able to produce high-quality results under tight deadlines. You have experience with various punch press machines and can troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Safety is a top priority for us, so you must have knowledge of safety procedures and be able to adhere to them at all times.
