We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a true master of their craft with a love for coffee and providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Barista, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills by creating delicious and visually appealing drinks while also engaging with our diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to customer preferences
- Follow recipes and guidelines for drink preparation, ensuring consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety guidelines
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, answering any questions they may have about our products
- Upsell additional items such as pastries or merchandise
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Take orders over the phone or through online platforms for pick-up or delivery
- Keep track of inventory levels for supplies and place orders when needed
- Train new team members on drink preparation techniques and company procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of various coffee brewing methods and latte art techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification from a recognized barista training program is a plus
- Experience working with specialty coffee beans
- Multilingual abilities (Hebrew, English, etc.)
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry

Compensation:
This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of $1800 per month. We also offer accommodation for our employees and assistance with obtaining a work visa if needed.
