Barista - Specialty Coffee Shop (Filipino Preferred) in Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a specialty coffee shop in the vibrant city of Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-over coffee, and cold brew
- Ensure consistency and quality in every drink served
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service while taking orders and processing payments
- Keep the coffee shop clean and organized, including equipment maintenance and restocking supplies
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers

Requirements:
- Prior experience working as a Barista in a specialty coffee shop is preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art skills, and understanding of coffee beans is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing beverage trends
- Must have legal authorization to work in Israel (visa sponsorship available)
- Filipino nationality preferred
