Mason Supervisor

We are in need of a skilled Mason Supervisor to join our team in Muscat. As a Mason Supervisor, you will oversee a team of masons and ensure that all construction projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of work on site. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons
- Plan and coordinate daily work schedules
- Ensure materials and equipment are available for construction projects
- Inspect and ensure quality of work on site
- Train new employees on proper masonry techniques
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Enforce safety regulations on site
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Strong leadership skills
