Sales Manager


We are a fast-growing company in the retail industry, and we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, coaching, and support as needed
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Indian nationality preferred
