Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machines used in the production process. Your main duties will include setting up machines, monitoring operations, and performing routine maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient production.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator
- Proficient in English language
- Experience in operating different types of machines such as CNC, lathe or milling machines
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with basic math calculations and measurements
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Must be physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if required

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications provided by the production manager or supervisor
- Operate machinery to perform necessary tasks such as cutting, drilling, shaping or grinding materials
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines and make necessary adjustments for efficient production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines such as cleaning, lubricating or replacing parts when needed
- Record all relevant data such as production output, machine downtime or maintenance performed on designated forms
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace
