We are currently hiring a skilled Solar Installer to join our growing team in Balzers. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or ground mounts according to design plans and specifications
- Conduct site surveys and assess potential installation locations
- Ensure all equipment is properly installed and connected according to safety standards
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar panel systems
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns from clients
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in solar panel installation is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation or related field
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, construction techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Nepali language is a plus
