Online English Teacher

As an Online English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to students from various backgrounds and skill levels. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. You will be working with a diverse group of students, including those who are beginners and those looking to improve their language skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum tailored to the needs of individual students
- Conduct online classes using various teaching methods and materials
- Provide detailed feedback and progress reports to students and their parents/guardians
- Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences through the use of technology
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to continually improve teaching methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Previous teaching/tutoring experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to meet individual student needs
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology (e.g. computer, webcam)
- Passion for education and helping others learn

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.

Visa & Ticket: We offer a free visa sponsorship for non-residents of Svalbard. We also provide a one-time reimbursement for flight tickets upon successful completion of probationary period.
