Tiler Supervisor

We are a fast-paced construction company located in Sheduva, seeking a skilled Tiler Supervisor to join our team. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all tiling projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee all tiling projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects
- Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Train and supervise junior tilers on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Ensure all materials and equipment are available for each project
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, budgeting accordingly
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected issues efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the construction industry
- Certification or training in tiling or related field
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
