Industrial alpinism vacancy in Kaunas Lithuania

Industrial Alpinist
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Kaunas. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at great heights, using specialized equipment and techniques to access difficult-to-reach areas.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting safety checks and risk assessments before starting work
- Rigging and setting up ropes, harnesses, and other equipment
- Ascending and descending buildings, towers, bridges, or other structures using rope access techniques
- Inspecting and maintaining equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Performing tasks such as painting, cleaning, welding, or repairs at heights
- Communicating effectively with team members and following instructions from supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial alpinism or a related field
- Certification in rope access techniques (e.g. IRATA or SPRAT)
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights for extended periods of time
- Ability to use various tools and equipment safely
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid biometric passport (if not a citizen of Lithuania)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.

This is a full-time job with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. However, flexibility may be required depending on project deadlines.
