Baker (Contract)

Our bakery in Isa Town is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team on a contract basis. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters for various baked goods
- Bake breads, pastries, and other items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
- Decorate and finish baked goods with creative designs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Track inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely production
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is an asset
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Understanding of food safety regulations is required

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Isa Town, Bahrain
