Entry-Level Metal Worker


We are hiring an Entry-Level Metal Worker for our manufacturing company based in Mauren. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machinery used in the production of metal products. As an Entry-Level Metal Worker, no prior experience is required, and we will provide on-the-job training to help you develop your skills.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machinery used in metal production such as presses, lathes, and grinders
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear while working with machinery
- Measure and mark materials according to specifications using tools such as calipers and rulers
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using hand or power tools
- Weld or solder metal components together to create finished products
- Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet specifications
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Notify supervisor of any mechanical issues or malfunctions with machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Basic understanding of hand and power tools used in metalworking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn on-the-job and take direction from supervisors

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1000 per month.
