Concierge for Boutique Hotel in Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge to join our team at a boutique hotel in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and make reservations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary
- Ensure that all guest needs are met during their stay
- Monitor hotel facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and functioning properly
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one for employment in Israel

We welcome candidates of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Nepali or Kenyan applicants. This is a contract job with a salary of $1500 per month.
