Office Assistant
We are a fast-paced office in need of a reliable and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who is able to undertake a variety of office support tasks with accuracy and speed.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary are a plus
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Experience: Previous experience as an office assistant or similar role is required.
