Sales Manager - Mauren, Africa


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Mauren, Africa. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team in order to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and monitoring market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide coaching/training as needed
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual sales reports for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of goals and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and strategies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent in English (additional languages would be an advantage)
