Senior Architecture Manager - Balzers, Egypt



Our architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architecture Manager to join our team in Balzers, Egypt. As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will lead and manage a team of architects and oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Develop project proposals, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on technical issues and project management best practices
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve project efficiency and quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture management with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, and systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project goals
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic would be an asset)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
