Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Balzers. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all architectural projects, ensuring their successful completion on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as excellent technical and project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve design plans, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other architectural software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
