Part-Time Administrator in Lahore, Pakistan
We are hiring a Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks such as managing emails and phone calls, organizing documents and schedules, and providing general support to the team. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and records
- Schedule meetings and appointments for team members
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining cleanliness
- Provide support to team members as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have own visa for employment eligibility in Pakistan
