Nurse Supervisor:


As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Kaunas. Your main duties will include managing and supervising a team of nurses, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. You will also be expected to develop and implement policies and procedures, monitor budget and expenses, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in Lithuania
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a nurse, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Ability to work flexible hours

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
