IOS Developer



We are in search of a highly skilled IOS Developer to join our team in Alta, Norway on a contract basis. As an IOS Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications for Apple's iOS operating system. Your primary focus will be creating and implementing efficient, reliable, and high-quality code while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and ship new features.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously improve application development processes through automation and tooling

Requirements:
- Proven working experience in software development with at least 2 years of experience as an iOS Developer
- Proficient in Swift programming language
- Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics etc.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
- Knowledge of UI/UX standards for mobile applications
- Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines
- Proficient in code versioning tools such as Git or SVN
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery processes

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Alta, Norway. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport.
