Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various types of machinery, including but not limited to lathes, mills, and grinders. They should also have a strong understanding of blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform regular maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in operating various types of machinery such as lathes, mills, and grinders
- Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Ability to troubleshoot issues with machines and perform regular maintenance
- Attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Good physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
Salary: $1700 per month with accommodation provided.
