Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Alta. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and leading a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage day-to-day sales operations, including client meetings, negotiations, and contract management
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare regular sales reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Location:
This position is based in Alta, but remote work options can be discussed for exceptional candidates.

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1200 per month.
