We are hiring a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring the overall success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales team to improve their performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of efforts
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and overall department success

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales position
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
