We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Faro. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. This is a part-time position that requires no previous experience, making it a great opportunity for those looking to gain experience in the online consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have their own visa and be able to work urgently when needed.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide personalized solutions and advice to clients based on their specific needs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise for clients using our online platform
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better assist clients
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with various online communication platforms
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting roles is an asset
- Knowledge of online marketing strategies is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial

Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, but due to the nature of the job, it can also be done remotely.
