Finisher Supervisor


As a Finisher Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing process of various products in our manufacturing facility in Triesen. This includes ensuring the quality and consistency of the finished products, as well as managing a team of finishers to meet production goals and deadlines. Your role will also involve coordinating with other departments such as production, quality control, and shipping to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of finishers to ensure high-quality finished products
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collaborate with production team to prioritize orders for finishing and coordinate workflow
- Work closely with quality control team to address any issues or defects in finished products
- Maintain inventory levels of finishing materials and equipment, and place orders when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in finishing or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards under pressure
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications for finishing processes
- Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset
- Must have valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one within three months of employment

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
