Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in hotel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring maximum profitability for the hotel
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel's offerings
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to lead a team and motivate them towards achieving goals
- Knowledge of market trends and industry developments
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
