Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Monitor budgetary spending and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Salary:
