We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Jerusalem. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure productivity, efficiency, and high-quality work. This role is suitable for foreigners who do not have proficiency in English as our company provides language training and accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees to achieve project goals and meet deadlines
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed to improve productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination across teams
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and improve processes within the team
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Resolve any conflicts or issues within the team in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering results
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew (other languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
