Insurance Claims Adjuster

As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling insurance claims for our company in Eldoret. Your primary role will be to assess the validity of insurance claims based on policy coverage, analyze evidence and documentation, and negotiate settlements with claimants. You will work closely with other members of our team to ensure fair and accurate resolutions for our customers.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. You must also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex information to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate insurance claims by gathering evidence, interviewing claimants and witnesses, and researching policy coverage
- Analyze documentation such as police reports, medical records, and repair estimates to determine the validity of claims
- Negotiate settlements with claimants based on policy coverage and company guidelines
- Communicate effectively with claimants, agents, attorneys, and other parties involved in the claims process
- Maintain accurate records of all claims activities
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of claims

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster or similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

This position is open to all nationalities; however proficiency in English is required. Applicants must have a valid biometric passport. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.
