A reputable construction company in Malindi is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and providing accurate data for construction projects. This is a contract position without accommodation provided, so candidates must have their own valid visa and be willing to work in Malindi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various tools such as GPS, Robotic Total Stations, and Electronic Data Collectors
- Interpret plans, maps, and legal descriptions to determine property boundaries
- Prepare detailed reports and drawings of survey results
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey data collected
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as GPS, Total Stations, and Electronic Data Collectors
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must have a valid visa to work in Malindi
